Residential eviction case filings for non-payment of rent. All data is compiled from the Trial Court's case tracking system, Masscourts, and is updated weekly.

Results of Tier 1 and Tier 2 events during residential eviction cases for non-payment of rent. A Tier 1 event is a mediation hearing that occurs after a landlord files an eviction case. If the parties can't reach an agreement in mediation, they proceed to Tier 2, where the case is decided in Civil Court. All data is compiled from the Trial Court's case tracking system, Masscourts, and is updated weekly.

The Trial Court relies on performance measures to monitor case processing across the state.

A dashboard of disposed youthful offender cases by fiscal year. A youthful offender is 14-18 years old who is indicted for allegedly committing an offense which, if they were an adult, would be punishable by imprisonment in state prison and has certain previous interactions with the judicial system.
